Fellow Canadian here; I don't think anyone's GP would sign a referral to get the requisite CT scan (mentioned by Op) without you having any heart-related symptoms.

A little part of me died the day Zappos stopped shipping to Canada.

I'm confused - I thought quadriplegia was complete paralysis from the neck down, but I see you can (thankfully!) use your arms.

On another note, what game are you playing atm? (Aug 4, 1 pm PST) - it looks like fun, something i might enjoy when failing in D3 is making me crazy.
