I've heard so many people say "if Snowden didn't do anything wrong then why doesn't he come home?" That's good to know.

1) Is it time for another constitutional convention?

I think the term "post-colonial" is a misnomer. The Europeans never really left, and now the Chinese are getting into the wealth extraction business as well.

It's called regulatory capture and it is probably the main reason no one in Washington seems to work in the public interest.
