Dude. You really have no self awareness. You do realize that you're a trash human, right? I mean, the other man in question is too, but you honestly believe you're above all these other miscreants, don't you? You are not. The fact that every one of your answers include these other people proves it.

You just want to be in a club. Your club happens to be one where everyone else is a piece of garbage like yourself. Don't you ever think to yourself, "What have I done with my life that I'm surrounded by the worst people I can imagine?". It's because you yourself are the worst person you can imagine.

What's that saying? If you don't know who the weirdest kid in school is, it's you...

I have a friend who is trained in opera, by all accounts an amazing singer technically. I also have a friend who was starting a folk rock band about 10 years ago. She is a very good guitarist/banjo/piano player but can't sing a lick. She did sort of tryouts for a singer, put out a craigslist ad, etc... My operatic friend loves the type of music other friend likes and wants to play in the band, so she tries out, but could not turn off the opera. Other friend tried to gently ask her if she could but opera friend just couldn't, it's simply the way she sings. Opera friend was actually pretty devastated by the situation because her opera career never took off, and she really just wanted to sing, it was her passion, but this was a realization that it was pretty much opera or nothing else. She did get into community theatre later to scratch the itch.

I hate to tell this story but it's true. I worked for a guy for a while that was a real estate "guru". He made a lot of money and flew private to all of his events. Myself and the sales crew had the opportunity a few times to fly with him. This particular trip we flew in a King Air, it was older but still really nice. One of us was going to have to sit up front with the pilot and I jumped on it. Never flown in the cockpit before.

So we boarded before the pilot showed up, I was already up front. I heard the guys saying hello to someone in the back, turned around, and it was a 45ish year old woman pilot. I hate to tell the story because of this; I was a shocked. In my head some salt and peppered man with a pilot's uniform and shades was going to be the pilot. It seriously never even crossed my mind it would be a woman. Of course now I know that there aren't that many women pilots out there, so this was kind of strange, just statistically speaking, but that's not why I was shocked. It was because I was a sexist clown. I mean, I had no doubts she could fly the plane, not that kind of sexist, but the kind of sexist where I probably stared at her a little longer than I should have because it didn't make sense in my feeble brain.

She was awesome though, super confident and really nice person. By the time we were lined up for takeoff I had a huge crush. Now, believe me, if it had been that salt and peppered man with the shades I would have been crushing on him too. There's something about pilots that is extremely attractive.

Best part of the trip for me was when we were on approach she said she'd never flown into that airport, so don't freak out, but I'm gonna film this with my phone. So she takes out her phone and films for a minute or two. It was so strange to me. It's illegal to text and drive, for good reason, and here's this pilot filming and flying. No idea if that's against any rules, I just thought it was awesome.
