my respect for you just went up about 5 notches. cool guy.

i don't think he is asking why its important to have women in STEM. to me it kind of feels like the podcast is leaning hard into promoting itself as being all women. but who gives a fuck? they should be leaning into the cool shit with science and let people figure out on their own that the members of the team are all female. i'm not going to listen because they are women. i have no problem with their gender just don't really find the fact that they are women (or men) interesting. i am going to listen because they are people talking about interesting shit.
