Actually I rolled up with a colleague to your office last year with a solution for your app and your team wasn't interested in pursuing the conversation further.

Mind you this solution is already in place for significantly larger brands and solves most of your existing problems.

You've been saying this "making improvements" thing for over a year. I don't even work with the company any more but why not be a bit more honest about your priorities? You could have had a working solution in less than a month.

What do you think is preventing New York from transitioning to a more lenient medical program or recreational system?

Also, thanks for doing this!

Nope. An SDK that rides on top of many apps people use everyday (think brands as large as HP) and better interprets + intercepts problems, while providing more contextually accurate communications to the customer, such as recommending accessories that actually work with their specific product and would be useful instead of spam adverts, suggesting feature adoption the user has been missing out on, but would likely enjoy based on behavior, etc.

With brands like jetson, it's very interesting, as you can basically make the customer have an overall better experience, based on their behavior patterns, but in a way that doesn't breach their privacy or anonymity.

It's actually pretty cool tech and benefits the brands and the customers/users.

I don't work for that company any more and that's just my honest & technical opinion.

Have you considered just sending her to an interview on Valuetainment?
