What's your opinion on bands being "Banned" from Gilman during the 90's?

How did you start your own label, gaining local bands attention, recoding equipment etc and how difficult was it in the beginning?

Hey Michael wanted to say first thanks to yourself and Bryan for The Last Airbender and Korra, recently rediscovered the series over the summer got to watch it in order this time and binged both from start to finish, can't get enough of the books also.
