What's up with Watt, saying he "Didn't believe" the expert testimony and then basically saying /Why are we arguing about this? We're all bought and paid for and will nto change our votes no matter what the experts say./ Is this guy crazy, stupid, or just happily bought and paid for?

It was voted down, along with every single thing she and Issa have proposed so far. People are talking a lot but no one is bdging. At one point, I missed exactly who, will watch recording later, someone asked the chairman "What did you vote?" "No." "OK. I VOTE NO TOO!" Not kidding.

There was a 45-minute break, although I think it was because some folks had to leave to vote on something else. And another one for about 10 minutes, while they tried to look up the way to censor Jackson Lee, plus the aides at least are coming and going constantly.

Another fun moment, Polis(?) saying "Reducing privacy... er... uh, reducing PIRACY." I can't tell if it was a subtle dig or not. I like this guy.

The Chairman said a few times that there were questions from all sides so they should vote the bill through, pass it, then figure things out. Really. Issa finally called him on this but he wasn't obligated to respond I guess. I can't find Issa's exact quote right now, but he laid it out straight, basically "if you did this for any other law you'd be insane."
