In your honest opinion why do you think that Stargate Universe didn't receive the same praise/ratings as the previous two shows? If you could go back in time would you do anything differently in the first season?

Do you agree that the feel & style of science fiction has changed quite a lot from the 90s & early 2000s? Like there doesn't seem to be many sci-fi shows with a similar feel to things like Farscape, Stargate & pre-2009 Star Trek anymore.
