Long time kidney patient here. I was given a prescription by my urologist for 2 crates of beer (48 bottles) per month. Insurance paid for it. One has to love Dutch health care system.

Unfortunately, they found that drinking water had the same effect.

Having had several abdomen surgeries: Be careful and start slow. Also be careful on sneezing and coughing. You may rip something.

Many Chinese restaurants in the Netherlands have Chinese workers imported from China on a special working permit. The restaurants claim that only Chinese people can create Chinese food. Lately, the migration bureau is refusing new permits and told the Chinese restaurants to train local people. Arguments thats Chinese food is much more difficult to make then French or Italian or that the language is a barrier are ignored.

Labor unions and food critics are favoring the new procedure, as it will expose crappy restaurants and crappy work politics.

Sorry for the late reply.

Yews, most "Chinese" food is indeed "Indonesian" food. However, many restaurants mix it and have a combination of Indonesian and Chinese food. They mention the style of kitchen per dish.

Some modern Chinese restaurants provide real Chinese food. You can distinguish them because they do not serve Nasi or Bami. The amount of Chinese people in the place is also a good indication.
