  1. What motivated you to give up a high paying corporate job and become a Sarpanch?

  2. What unforeseen hurdles are you facing today?

  3. Dealing with government bureaucracy can get very frustrating and not to mention, dangerous at times. Do you regret your decision to become a Sarpanch?
