How many times have you been called a 'Glass-hole'?

As a non-American (british), why do people think you're shit? It seems like such an issue across the pond. We have shitty broadband companies over here, but it does seem as bad as Americans say your service is.

My question is: have you ever returned to any concentration camps or extermination camps now that they are museums? I went to Sachsenhausen concentration camp just outside Berlin and it was a shocking place to visit but I can't imagine what it would be like for a survivor to return to such a place.
