I was wondering if you agree with Severine autesserre's argument that the UN and the international community are NOT looking for a bottom-up solution to the conflict and instead focus on top-down approaches to peace such as federal elections?
Also what do you think the chances are now that the M23s have Goma of there being a reintegration of them back in to the armed forces of the Congo (FARDC)?
