Any difficult workout but often on squat or pull day. Sometimes I need to take a break in between exercises to keep the nausea down. If I hit stuff back to back too fast I will get nauseous.

It usually starts to happen after my main lifts. I take a 3-4 minute break between each set of the heavy weights but then the I got into something like pull ups or dips and after 3 sets of those I can start to feel nauseous.

I may not be drinking enough water. I have been bad about drinking enough water and have increased my intake since I started working out but I have to consciously try and drink more water. Lately I haven't been as focused on drinking enough water. You bring up a good point I think I will focus on consuming more water and see if that gets rid of the nausea.

No in fact I thought that might be the issue and I stopped taking pre workouts altogether to see if that made a difference and that did not seem to help. Hmm I may have to talk to my doctor. Thanks for your reply!

Hi Mike I have been following the Bigger Leaner Stronger program for about 6 months now. I just got the One Year Challenge for Xmas and I am loving the program.

I was wondering, have ever experienced nausea from exercise? Sometimes when I finish a work out I have to vomit. I work out early in the morning and usually eat a banana and drink water then hit the gym. I seem to get nauseous at least once a week I was wondering if you have any advise for me? I want to push harder but its hard when I can feel nausea coming on.
