I had never considered how the teachers and children would have felt from that perspective, knowing a terrorist attack has happened and having the person most threatened with terror in the same room as you. Certainly an interesting and scary thought.

Assuming your teachers had a better understanding of the magnitude of the events, what was their reaction like and what was the rest of that day like after the President left?
