Unfortunately you won't get a response to this question. It's a sad truth but people like Jeremy believe that they are smarter than the system and all they have to do is keep the PR wagon rolling and simply ignore the "little man". They feel that the effort required to actually win a confrontation over this is too onerous for any small business, and they are mainly correct. However as stated before one day this will all catch up with them, it always does. Either someone will file a class action suit or they will be brought to task by the feds. It will happen, it's just a matter of time. Unfortunately many businesses will be irreparably harmed by these greedy scumbags in the meantime.

And the requested benchmarks? The link you provided does not show any benchmark information for the games.

As I mentioned in other posts here I have a Skull Canyon on order... that said...

I'm now a bit concerned about performance. No benchmarks have been made available and the link you posted (Bruce) to the "supported/tested" games list shows VERY low graphics settings and resolutions for "optimized" configs for those games. Abysmally low. I was expecting MUCH more than those anticipated settings from a NUC that Intel bills as a gaming platform not to mention touting 4k. Please help us/me not feel like this is going to be a 650 dollar money sink and we will still need an external card to realize reasonable performance at modern day resolutions - not the 1366x768 res - that pretty much all of the games you list show as optimized.....

Intel, an you confirm that the Skull Canyon can be "powered on" (not from sleep, from full power off) using IR? I want to use my Harmony remote to power on the device and not have to leave it in sleep mode all the time. Thanks!

And btw I should have mine here from Newegg tomorrow ;)

Jeremy you are a liar and a crook. One day it will catch up with you, never fear. It always does. Prisons are littered with people who thought they could con and defraud others. It may take time but one day it will happen.
