A common response to the call for greater freedom of speech in Singapore would be that the current laws in place are there to ensure social harmony and security (as Calvin Cheng wrote here http://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/the-myth-of-trade-offs). Do you think a trade off between freedom of speech and security/safety exists and if so how significantly?
