I have Tourette's Syndrome too. Vocal grunting, coughing, yelping etc and muscle twitches (facial, arms, fingers, legs, feet, toes etc). If I'm really nervous or worked up for some reason I start saying "C-c-c-cunt. CUNT." with emphasis on the C, like a hard "K" sound. What are your tics?
