I looked into it because we don't have one in my city and it does say they will cover location and building. You just pay like 40% Gross sales iirc, which is WAY more than say McDonald's asks but you need 3mil+ to start a McDonald's. Also you can only open 1 chick fil a and have to be a hands on owner/operator.
