HI NATALIE DORMER I LOVE YOU
Two questions:
My friend's little sister has a lopsided mouth and also has a smirk when she smiles. Kids in school pick on her all the time and she has no self-confidence because of it, and nothing we do helps her cheer up. You rock your smile everywhere you go and on the big screen, so I was wondering if you had some words of wisdom. What do you think we could say to help her out?
Secondly, you play a lot of strong, powerful women. Would you ever play a more vulnerable, soft role in television or film?
Thanks for taking the time to do this! You're my favorite actress. :~)

I agree; dog-eating, MSG horror stories, uncleanliness, etc. I think you’re right in that more cultural context will help to dissuade people from flocking to their sensationalist opinions as easily. Maybe the more they understand about other cultures, the less likely they will be to believe outlandish stories as the norm.
Thanks for your answer and your time! I’ll keep it in mind moving forward.

Hey Clarissa, I just wanted to say I appreciate how much you are trying to demystify and clear up pre-conceived Western notions regarding Chinese food. It’s frustrating to hear so many negative opinions that are often factually baseless and obviously rooted in anti-Chinese sentiments.
My question for you is: how difficult do you find it is to combat this anti-Chinese sentiment? Do you have a way of dealing with it?
