Interesting... I've been involved for 5 years now in an estate issue. Doing the majority of the work on my own.
I can't remember what its called etc. So my apologizes in advance. But i remember reading there are other states that will allow you to practice if you are bar certified and practice regularly in another court.
So I believe it's places like PA NJ NY etc with alot of people.
Does that mean this is a loophole around to skip law school? Practicing in states that honor your bar licenses in another state that may not allow you to practice otherwise without the schooling?
