Crank 1 was really awesome. Loved how the film started off fast paced, and just kept on giving. Is it true that you filmed it using Canon Legria cameras? What happened to the sequel? I feel it lacked the "drive" compared to the first one.

How do you go about cutting open a lock like that?

Cheers. The padlocks (different brand and sizes) we used on our lockers in the military was easily opened with our backpack sized shovels. One shovel to the top of the lock, the other as a hammer. If you had steady hand, you could break it with just one shovel as a hammer.
