If I may suggest something, figuring out how to implement mixed-use zoning (e.g. providing commercial jobs and services as well as housing on the same zone area) would be awesome! Many cities often have a few shops on the ground floors of apartment buildings, or skyscrapers that serve as both tourist attractions and office space, and I think that sort of synergy would be great to finally see in a city-builder.

If you could choose to pull a heist of your own, what would you steal and who would you have on your team, real or fictional?
