Thank you, Professor, for being a part of the change.
I have first-hand experience as both a student and a teacher in a college with poor students.
Making education accessible to anyone who wants one is an awesome thing, and I think it's great that you want to change it from the inside.

I hate Pearson for a lot of reasons (though, I might hate the other publishers if they're doing the same thing).
They seem to be "automating" the classroom to the point where being part of a class is about as meaningful as taking an online class. Which, IMO, is "little to none".
Well done, OccupyTheBookstore.

I'm a small woman who's been to a haunted house attraction. The same one, two years in a row. Invariably, the actors like to pick on me for that reason (presumably because I'm small and female, I think). After a while and later in the evening during the second time I went, it got so boring that one decided to stand in front of me until he got a reaction. At which point, my husband had to say to the guy "you're just pissing her off now".
Are you encouraged to pick people that you think will give you the best reaction, or do you just pick randomly?

I'm one of the 12 fans of "Jack of All Trades". Hi, how are ya?
My real question is: what other historical figures (if you know) were you going to skewer? And what would have been the dream casting of them?
(Verne Troyer as Napoleon was one of the best things ever on TV, by the way.)
