What’s your stance on the 2nd amendment and the individual right to own and bear arms?

The only issue with mental health screening is who is doing the screening? What things would disqualify someone? Can you get second opinions? This is ripe for abuse. The burden of proof would have to be pretty high and allow for someone to quickly fight a bad decision.
