If you were able to travel back in time to ANY moment of your own choosing, what event would you like to witness and watch?

Regarding costs, did you explore by any chance doing it in other country where it could be cheaper? I have read that plastic surgeons in Brazil are well known and experienced, in Israel as well. Mexico has plastic surgeon tourism to the places like Tijuana.

Anybody from other countries that can provide some info.
