I've heard horrifying stories, both confirmed and unconfirmed, about working for Capcom. How awful was it? What would you say to people boycotting Capcom?

Anyway, I've heard stories about Capcom employees being overworked and even sent to the hospital. One of the guys from The Mega Man Network knows something I don't and is boycotting the company.
