I just got diagnosed and prescribed Concerta at 18 mg and for my particular subtype (Inattentive), from my experience it’s more like I’m able to do mentally demanding tasks without an inner voice saying “you could be playing video games right now, wouldn’t you enjoy that more?”

What is your opinion on whether or not White Phosphorus munitions should be considered chemical weapons? The official stance is that they are not because they are usually used for IR blocking smoke screens.

In spite of that, when used as weapons they are potent incendiary agents and produce toxic fumes. As survivors of chemical attacks yourselves, what do you feel would be an appropriate classification of White Phosphorus?

I was recently diagnosed with ADHD-PI and i’m currently on 38 mg of Concerta. Since starting my culinary course however, i’ve noticed i’ve had a few panic attacks (hyperventilation, sense of impending doom, crying). I have no history of anxiety until now. Do stimulants cause anxiety, or have I just simply found myself in bad circumstances?

Not OP, but former epileptic who also has first aid training. Aside from the obvious of call 911, all you really can do is make sure they aren’t in an area will convulsing will hurt them, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES attempt to restrain them or put something in their mouth, you’re liable to break their teeth or lose a finger when they aren’t in that much of a risk of biting their tongue in the first place.

After the seizure has passed it’s course, set them up in the recovery position (on their side with their legs propped up) and keep an eye on them.
