Puns can be very difficult for English as a second language speakers. Just in case, let me explain it: Brazilian sounds like bazillion which is a made up word that we sometimes use when we want to talk about a really big number (bigger than a billion, or a trillion).

Cheap for Americans/Europeans, maybe, but not cheap for Brazilians. Any kind of electronic is going to cost you 2x or more what it would cost in the States. Standard of living is lower too. I haven't seen a house/apartment in my time here with central air. They make up for it with high ceilings, instead. Plumbing is not on the same level - you can't flush toilet paper. Overall, it's a beautiful country but with plenty of room to grow.
