What do you think about state or federally implementing a program to provide subsudies or large tax breaks for gun owners that purchase a US made gun safe? Basically making it economically appealing to obtain the hardware to safely and securely store their weapons to keep them away from thieves and children

If the government could pull off the arguably more expensive cash for clunkers program and put everyone up in Chrysler 300s and dodge chargers then they could pull off a subsidy program for US made $500 gun safes.

Plus it would be a massive stimulus package in terms of US steel industry jobs. Its a fairly inexpensive life saving jobs program that keeps stolen guns off the street and keeps cops safe. Its a political slam dunk.

It actually is. A packet is a packet is a packet. The packet sent by a user after sending X amount of them and a packet sent by a user that sent <X amount are functionally the same and cost more to move along.

To discriminate against those packets and charge one user more or cut them off is the antithesis of neutrality.

They cut you off by dropping your speeds as close to zero as possible, thats a limit. Thats false advertising

That's really cool actually. I'm gonna have to do some digging later and see if there is any literature on the effects of that policy on theft and overall crime.
