Get glasses, even if you don't get your license. If you're struggling with your sight and you continue to not use glasses you can do more harm to your eyes by straining them. You might not even need to use them all the time, I only wore mine in class when I first got glasses as a kid.

As for your license thats up to you whether or not it's worth it but the worst thing that could come from it is the lost of a few hours studying and taking the tests. If you're under 18maybe a few extra hours if your local government requires behind the wheel drivers Ed . If your eyes are as bad as you make them seem please make sure to wear glasses if you decide to drive.
