Hi Bas, Is it more important, as a candidate, to be good in front of the cameras or to have the skills needed to survive on Mars? Ideally both, but if you had to choose?

I'd really like an answer to this as well, please Bas. On the MO website it states that in 2013; 'An analogue of the Mars habitat is to be constructed on Earth for technology testing and training purposes.' Has this facility been constructed?
