Do as many of Europe's stolen cars make it to Albania as is rumored?

What would you say to somebody (me) to whom "Mexican beach resort" is a worst nightmare vacation, especially when run by an American? I don't know if I'm the odd man out but If I'm going to Mexico, which I love to death, I want exactly zero cheesy beach shot and I don't want to hear a word of English the whole trip,

Has there been much talk about the issues in Utah surrounding the bears ears monument? I’m curious what native communities think about it beyond Utah locals.

My wife tends to be an anxious person and her way of working through it was/is to do something hard that she always wanted to. She started learning to defend herself training in Krav Maga. I also do this. Most of the other students there are men and are much larger than her 5’2” 130lb frame so it can be frightening sometimes. In general, her approach does seem to be helping. She seems more relaxed and more confident. Once in a while she will have a full on panic attack after class or sparring (fighting but with light power). Is there anything I can do to help her?
