I found it while cleaning out the fire station that I work for in Crown King, AZ. It was quite the surprise to find!

Why did so many people lose their jobs? Did the government eventually get them new jobs?

What actually came out of my mouth was only about 70% of what was on the paper in front of me. More than "memorized," I knew what I wanted to say and had a couple lines locked away.

This is great. I wish more speeches were given in a similar manner!
