Yeah, my urticaria is bad enough that my allergist gave me an epipen. Severe reactions can lead to a very unsafe drop in blood pressure. I used to have reactions practically every day, but it is much better controlled now with daily Zyrtec. Not gone, but better.

Do feel super drained after a reaction? I never realized how bad I felt afterwards until I stopped having reactions all the time.
