If op doesn't respond, Based on documentaries I've watched, Pushups of every variety, situps, dips, chinups, squats and using whatever equipment might be available during yard time, and wrapping all the things you own into your bed sheet so that you can continue to work out with weight during the hours and hours each day you have locked in your cell. You have no internet, and TV is limited most of the time. Access to books is controlled. And your cellmate will only want to put up with so much talking.

Working out is one of the few enjoyable activities you can do reliably, and being physically strong can help prevent people from taking advantage of you a bit. So working out several times per day becomes part of the routine for many in prison.
Several hours of straight exercise per day will get you in great shape regardless of the efficiency of the exercises and in prison, you have time to burn.

I work IT in a hospital and i don't even know who i would call to verify. I can't just call someone from the security team because they don't keep their numbers in the global address book and the big exec's are in another city (provincial heath provider) and the global address book doesn't have their numbers on file either. The best i think I could do is submit a critical ticket with my phone number and hope that someone who knew would pick up the province wide page. But if you already had access to the ticketing system you could have a second person call me and you could get away. Because it paged critical about a week later there would be a huge meeting to determine if the critical incident was handled correctly but you could be out of the country already.

Ps: hospitals have terrible security. I normally keep my badge in my pocket because i find it amusing tracking how long it has been since i was last asked for ID. Currently it has been just over a month. Usually the only time I get asked is when I can't get a hold of the client and I need security to open a door for me.

with the most intricate and beautiful music, one must have an open mind, free of judgement & expectation. Expectation being the key word here. Just receive it. Let it be whatever it is and try to let it melt into your spirit.

Honestly, This is the perspective that caused me to fall in love with death metal. Initially it was too much to follow and enjoy. Almost grating on the ears. I was only attending to keep my friend company at their birthday, but after attending a few shows with that perspective, it became one of my favorite genres.

That experience changed my perspective on music in general, I can no longer think that music is objectively bad. If I don't like it at the time of listening, Its probably just coming from a perspective that I'm not prepared to accept at the time.

Also Thank you for "Ego Trippin" I heard it for the first time at a moment Where I was prepared to be a complete asshole to get something that I wanted, and the song convinced me to relax about it a bit, which lead me down a path to meeting my wife.
