Since your old thread had 14000 comments, I won't dare trying to find my question in it, but my first thought was a pretty basic one.

How long did it take for you to understand spoken language? What were your first impressions of your family and friends' voices?

I've seen all episodes of QI, but can't remember everything that's been said.

What did they say about the word fuck?

AFAIK, no theory is unchallenged. One (of many) theories I've heard is that it's related to the Old Norse (also more-or-less modern western Swedish) fukka "to move something back and forwards in a rocking motion", but it's like I said just one of many theories.

IIRC, some parts of Inlandsbanan wouldn't allow speeds greater than 70km/h, or even 50km/h... ;)
