Can excessive masturbation lead to depression? I see lots of websites that discourage masturbation and claim this as fact. I'm not sure if they are just pro-Christian funded groups or what.

Maybe it's because you get off only by masturbating. This is what they say about guys too who masturbate often and can't get excited or ejaculate with a real woman. They've just conditioned themselves that it's the only way to stimulate themselves.

I can relate. ;) I just don't have time for 30 minutes of foreplay. I just need to get rid of the urge so I can concentrate on work, so I rub one out. My advice to you is to cut out the routine foreplay and use her as a cum rag occasionally. Easier said than done. It's a no-win situation.
