What are some of the biggest changes/ improvements that still need to be made, to support differently-abled citizens, here in the US? What is the biggest challenge you (still) face?

I'm so sorry you are facing that - really not acceptable, when (I imagine) just a bit more training for law enforcement could be SO helpful! Thank you for your answer, and keep fighting the good fight!
