I would just like to point out that if a drug is being used to treat specific symptoms and it is being administered by a dr legally, it's not an illegal drug in that context. Also there are several medications that have never been illegal which can also cause ill effects.

I agree. I worked with kids (dental) and some of them were very low functioning. One in particular couldn't walk, talk, or see. He just lay there moaning with his eyes rolling around his head. I think he was about five. He behaved like a newborn infant. Just noise, and uncoordinated movements. I find it difficult to believe that there was anyone in there (though of course he should be treated as though there is and that's what I did. His mother was kind and patient with him. She had no other life other than to be his caregiver and he didnt appear to be neglected at all)
