Am molecular biologist, it's possible but depends on the cooking and sterilization process of the food. DNA is torn to shreads by heat and pressure but is relatively stable compared to RNA. However, finding genetic markers of dog/cat/horse in the food will tell you just that, and nothing about the source of the euthisol.
