Setting up the tripod, lifting arms to move it or start recording. Directing people who are bad at acting (mostly me). The energy of just being out of bed. It adds up quickly.

Where we live in Canada, we are exposed to a lot of French. From a young age I have found that the French bleeds into our English spelling sometimes. Like adding an "e" to the end of words.
