I would love to see Jules Winnfield (Samuel L. Jackson) from Pulp Fiction as a character. Would this be possible in the future please?

Where did the neo effects go as in alpha where you could dodge bullets in TES? Was it too OP? Will there be an option on unlocking maybe cosmetic physics for example dodging, jumping etc.? It would be really fitting for this game! Thanks!
