And, if I may add, what has your reporting done for people like me that live in debilitating agony every day of life? I cannot get pain meds. I am 59 years old. I believe the decision to use opioids should be left up to me and my Dr. But now because of past policy failures I and countless others are left to suffer. To be honest, some days I just want to walk our in front of traffic. I assume you realize that not everyone becomes addicted. Those that do become addicted are now turning to the stronger street drugs, some of which are more deadly than anything the Dr. can prescribe. And to be even more frank, booze has done more damage to our society than all other drugs combined. But that is on the periphery of any perceived drug problem facing our society. Lastly, have you done research on how legalization of drugs has turned out in countries like Portugal> They seem to have a clue.

The advil question always bugged me. Now when they ask I ask the Dr. if he or she reviewed my medical history. I ask because I had a GI bleed that nearly killed me several years ago and it states in my record that I am not to take ibuprofen for any reason due to the potential for another serious bleed.

His go fund me page is not available. Any idea why?

Plus, you are an amazing person for accepting the responsibility for all of this. You are a national treasure.

Have you considered using Portugal's approach to the drug problem as a whole? I know we are different from a cultural perspective but with some slight modifications perhaps it would work.

Exactly. I have several friends that have been on prescription opioids for a decade or more. They function normally because of it.
