My question is, if Question 1 passes in Maine, when will the police stop ticketing/arresting people for marijuana? Is it Nov. 9th since they assume the law will be on the books, or do we wait until it's actually written into law?

Re: the second part of your response, that's exactly what I'm trying to get a feel for, as I anticipate them cracking down on it while they still can. I'm sure I'll hear/read more in the news in the next day or two. Thanks for the response!
