I just wanted to come here and say that it's very brave of you to post this on reddit. I posted here a few months ago about needing a transplant and now my donor is 1 step away from us having a surgery date for my transplant. I wish you nothing but the best.

How are you handling the diet? How many binders do you have to take with your food?

Hey! That's what I take. Are you on Senispar as well? I never got told that, I just got told that if I'm eating something with a lot of phosphorus, to take some pills before I start eating, in the middle of eating, and then when I'm finished.

I know the feeling of being a young person in a room full of older people at a dialysis clinic. I was 22 when my kidneys failed. I did hemo for 3 weeks while my PD cath healed. I wish you nothing but good luck c:
