The facility i worked at had a move in special, $11 for your first month. So most of the units we cut were literally full of peoples garbage.

People use storage for alot of reasons such as selling their house while living with a friend or family. Other reasons could be somthing like a flood, they store their posessions that were not damaged while they stay with friends or family.
