What was the hardest obstacle to overcome during the game's development?

For the sake of understanding what my GF is going through (Has Rheumatoid Arthritis after breaking her ankle a year ago), are there any links between broken bones/RA?

And in terms of her recent "remission", her treatments barely worked and she recently wound up with minimal pain for 2 weeks after a week of vomiting and a reduction in her medication, only for it to reappear. Has their been evidence of a change in diet and weight loss been proven for pain reduction? And is there any way in general cases for pain reduction without medication?

For reference, her medication consists of Naproxene, Morphine, Methotrexate, Gabapentin, Paracetamol
