What's the shortest possible notice we would get for a Rainier lahar? Like, say I happened to be standing in the middle of the Puyallup Fair, it's 1:00pm on a Saturday... is there any chance that we'd go from no detectable activity to "welp I'm dead" as I see and hear it coming minutes later?
