French HA, wow!

If I was looking for some real heavy illegal stuff I couldn't find anywhere else, like maybe some unpasteurized cheese, could your guys get that for me and what kind of mark-up would I be looking at?

I don't feel like the question was adequately answered earlier, so I will rephrase.

In the United States, HA bylaws apparently require members to own and ride an American-made motorcycle (usually a Harley Davidson, but there are some others like Victory, Big Dog, etc). You mentioned that some HA in Europe ride British motorcycles and I'm assuming the bylaws make room for that. What about big Japanese bikes like Kawasakis, Yamahas etc?

Some clubs I've seen just require members to have motorcycles above a certain displacement (say, over 1000cc), so that they can keep up with the pack. Others are really into the Harley thing. I hate Harley and its one of the big barriers keeping me away from a club, I feel like my modified Kawasaki cruiser beats any Harley. Harleys feel kinda flimsy and unreliable to me.

Do you ride a Harley because you really honestly enjoy it, or mostly because you are limited in what bikes the club allows?

Are you married? Have kids? How has your family adjusted to your membership in the club?

How long have you been a full patch member?

What was your first day/night as a full patch like? How did the club tell you they were patching you in? Was it a surprise, or were you allowed to be in church while they voted on you?

I don't care to hear crime stories and I think you should ignore those questions. Anything you say about that is just gonna make your organization look like a criminal enterprise, which I don't think it is. Just because individual members do bad things, doesn't mean the organization as a whole is corrupt.

So I am not interested in crime stories. I want to hear how you feel when you're in the middle of a pack of bikes. How fast do you guys usually ride? What is the order of the pack, is it officers at the front and then no particular order behind them? Any stories about wrecks?

How about the brotherhood aspect- can you share some times that you really needed help and your club was there for you?

Do you pay monthly dues? How much?

If you have a dispute with another HA (lets say he owes you money or maybe he fucked your girlfriend), how is that resolved? Is there a formalized procedure for that?

While riding with the club, aren't you worried about the closeness of the bikes? I see you guys riding like 50 centimeters from the rear wheel of the bike in front of you. Aren't you worried he will brake, or hit a bump or anything and you'll end up on top of him? When I ride with other people I don't feel safe unless there is some distance between the bikes. I just can't get used to it.

In light of how often club members end up testifying against each other, how much do you REALLY feel you can trust them? I mean the word "brotherhood" gets thrown around a lot but the simple truth is you guys kill each other and snitch on each other all the time. How so you reconcile that with all the claims of undying loyalty?

Dazed and a dent? Better believe I'd want medical care for her too. You were right.
