I heard that one problem is that American hospital each negotiate prices with pharmasresulting in less bargaining power and diff costs per hospital, whereas in Australia the govt negotiates the price and it negotiates so that there's one price for each hospital. No idea if true but worth looking into.

I have asperger's. I feel sad at the tone of voice here. 'We' try so hard to fit in. We feel lonely sometimes. :( forgive us for coming across as argumentative or as duck-heads sometimes. We misread situations and act I appropriately at times. You, at least, can walk away from me.

I was wondering this year, if that sensation of suddenly dropping downwards is why we call it falling asleep
